I, SALOME’

Fo the Roots and Wings Company, and part of the Duct Tape and a Dream festival, "I, Salomé" was a a revisitation of the original Oscar Wilde play, interspersed with new text by playwright Joseph Samuel Wright. 

La Boheme

This production of the opera won the all prestigious Olivier Award in 2011 and propelled company Opera Up Close to stardom. The stripped down, voyeuristic and completely theatrical adaptation meant opera could never be same.

I was in the original cast and brought the show to the Soho Theatre in London, playing the leading tenor role in the third act of the show.

Happyland the Musical

Happyland the Musical, the riotous second show by Newton and Merry, run at the Edinburgh festival in 2008.

I originated the role of incompetent villain Francis French, and got some great shoutouts in the press.

Apocalypse the musical

The only show ever to receive over 5 stars from the press at the Edinburgh Festival.

I played Daisy the (Holy) Cow in the 2008 incarnation of the musical.
